When I first started giving readings professionally in March 2013, I got to know several of my regular clients very well by looking at their astrological charts and planetary transits. However, when doing a 10-minute private consultation, it can be challenging to look ahead for the next 6 months and not miss important dates or details.
The Tarot is also rooted in astrology, and may ultimately be rooted in ancient religious traditions, but was developed further during Medieval times for the illiterate peasants so that they could predict the future. I must admit that I was skeptical that such a process could be used successfully (after all, isn't it simply a random luck of the draw?) After doing quite a few readings with Tarot (over 2600 readings on KEEN, almost 700 on Supreme Psychics, and hundreds more on Bitwine), I've come to realize that God is with me in each and every reading to help give an interpretation. He guides the randomness of the cards as well as gives me the message to the client I am reading to. I view myself no differently than Joseph in the Old Testament - a man blessed by God having prophetic talents and being used for a greater purpose.
I realize that many Bible believers find scripture that condemns astrology. To the critics, I realize your concern, but also remind you that God asks us to keep an open mind. The apostle Paul stated "Test all things...holding on to those that are good". I believe God did condemn astrology that went so far as to give credit to the planetary bodies as "gods" rather than the "signs in the Sun, Moon and stars" that is their proper place in the scheme of things. This is why you see all the magicians who did not believe in the One True God fail to give the correct answers to questions that the biblical seers did.
Also, many Bible believers are skeptical of casting lots, but several Biblical prophecies allude to this being key in their fulfillment ("They cast lots for my garments" - from the Passion, Jonah was found out on the voyage as the cause of the storm from the passengers casting lots)
Read Revelation 12 - this is misinterpreted by many to represent the Virgin Mary, but actually is a description of an astrological event that happened on September 11th, 3BCE. Yes, this was the TRUE birthday of the Christ Child! The "woman clothed with the Sun" represents the fact that the Sun was in Virgo, the "moon at her feet" represents the Moon moving into Libra. It is all very clearly laid out in Scripture!
I also go for "walks with God" periodically as I love to enjoy nature. Enoch is my inspiration here, and often times things will come to me when I meditate on my clients' lives.
-Straightforward: I will communicate exactly what I see without sugarcoating or telling you what I think you want to hear rather than preparing you for the truth.
-Compassionate: I do not judge people. I've gone through many of the same life struggles that my clients face, so I've been in their shoes.
-Inspirational: I share my own experience, strength, and hope with my clients of how I overcame my own obstacles in life.
My inspirational figures:
-Joseph, son of Jacob in the Bible: "Interpretations come from God". I am similarly humble in my view of my own "abilities". God was the one who instilled this unyielding drive to learn about astrology. Remember that Joseph used a cup for divination. If Joseph was truly a man of God, and divination was prohibited, wouldn't he have known this?
-The prophet Daniel was another important Biblical figure with many psychic gifts.
"Then all the king's wise men came in, but they could not read the writing or tell the king what it meant. So King Belshazzar became even more terrified and his face grew more pale. His nobles were baffled. The queen, hearing the voices of the king and his nobles, came into the banquet hall. 'O King, live forever!' she said. 'Don't be alarmed! Don't look so pale! There is a man in your kingdom who has the spirit of the holy gods in him. In the time of your father he was found to have insight and intelligence and wisdom like that of the gods. King Nebuchadnezzar your father--your father the king, I say --- appointed him CHIEF of the magicians, enchanters, diviners, and astrologers. This man Daniel, whom the king called Belteshazzar, was found to have a keen mind and knowledge and understanding, and also the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles and solve difficult problems. Call for Daniel, and he will tell you what the writing means."
(from Daniel 5:8-12)--Note that Daniel was made CHIEF of these supposedly "condemned" practicers of these arts. Daniel did not abolish the supposed arts. Rather, he practiced these arts in the light of the True God.
One last note: I honor all faith traditions and even those who are atheists or agnostics. I am a recovering addict and through going to 12-step meetings have heard many agnostics share and have added to my own spirituality from hearing many different perspectives on faith.
Whatever draws you here, I hope I can help you out and assist in your spiritual growth as well!
